We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Senior Product Manager with comprehensive knowledge in the semiconductor industry, specializing in board and chip testing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the IT and/or Embedded software industry, with at least 4 years dedicated to hardware projects and a minimum of 2 years in a Product Manager role.

Job Description:

• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Demonstrate a deep understanding of SDLC for both web and Windows applications.
• Windows Application Development: Lead and participate in the development and launch of Windows applications, overseeing the entire process from ideation to production.
• ATE Testing: Possess a solid understanding of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) testing methodologies.
• MQTT Understanding: Familiarity with Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocols.
• IPC-2581 Experience: Essential experience with projects utilizing “IPC-2581” standards.
• Semiconductor Product Engineering: Apply expertise in semiconductor product engineering projects.
• Jira Proficiency: Utilize Jira for issue creation, management, and sprint planning.
• Stakeholder Communication: Gather and write requirements from C-level stakeholders, effectively translating technical language to and from business language.
• Change Management: Implement effective change management strategies.
• Budget Planning and Cost Reduction: Oversee budget planning and cost reduction initiatives.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with product development projects.
• Process Capability Metrics: Gather and analyze various metrics related to process capability.
• Project Management: Lead and manage projects, ensuring successful completion within scope, timeline, and budget.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the IT and/or Embedded software industry.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with hardware projects.
• Minimum 2 years in a Product Manager role.
• Solid understanding of SDLC for both web and Windows applications.
• Experience in developing and launching Windows applications.
• Familiarity with ATE testing and MQTT protocols.
• Significant experience with projects utilizing “IPC-2581” standards.
• Background in semiconductor product engineering projects.
• Proficiency in Jira for issue creation, management, and sprints.
• Proven experience in gathering and writing requirements from C-level stakeholders.
