We are seeking a skilled Service Level Engineer to join our team. As a Service Level Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our services are meeting the agreed-upon performance standards and that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve service issues, as well as develop and implement strategies to improve service levels.


Job Description:

  • Coordination & Documentation of Service Management processes (ITIL)
  • Focus on BSS landscape (Operations – Department)
  • Requirement Analysis of Service Support processes
  • Partner management (Requirement analysis and coordination with external partners)



  • Mobile Fixed & Cable know-how
  • BSS Knowledge (Business Support System)
  • Solution Design and Service Management know-how
  • Project Management skills
  • ITIL know-how (SLA Management; Incident, Problem, Change & Request Management; Service Desk; Partner Management
  • To ensure new/modified services will fit into VF Service Support Processes
  • Academic studies in one of the following: Computer Science / Communications Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Or comparable courses
