Job Description:

• Ensure communication and alignment with all stakeholders (Dev/ BU/ Customers)
• Ensure that the team is fully functional and productive, remove barriers, and shield the team from external interferences.
• Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions.
• Help team members work together and build team spirit.
• Ensure all the reporting about the progress of the sprint/ release . Risk, issues, challenges, achievements, success, failure, improvements etc will be reported to the higher management on both the sides customer and internally.
• Is accountable for maximizing the Agile maturity and mindset of teams
• Ensures the team follows the Scaled Agile framework

Requirements:

• Monitor and track the progress and help the team achieve commitments.
• Coach the Scrum teams and familiarize them with the Agile Methodology, guiding principles and best practices, ensure that the Agile methodology is followed, facilitate the daily stand-ups.
• Provide feedback to manager in case of conflict in team that cannot be solved by team. This may include some inputs on team functioning and performance.
• Accountable for the promotion and deployment of the Agile methodology and tools throughout the organization and toward customers
• Help to improve the Agile processes and tools improvement
• Spread Agile within SGB
• Have communication and influence kills
