Job Description:

• Based on the test system usage (different users) need to find possible evolutions/improvements, initiate studies/ POC (pre project study) to conclude the suitable solution for stable system.
• To participate actively on the way to achieve the transformation in life cycles (Target, Process, implementation, roadmap…)
• Support key transformation projects on way test systems are managed.
• Influence and contribute to solution design in order to integrate lifecycle management, test system support and customer support requirements in design and implementation of R&D and Operations changes
• Support the team and management to define different lifecycle of test systems
• Should have mindset of Governance ( Evolution on various areas).
• Participate, challenge and support solution design of major projects impacting test system and lifecycle (GREP, Cloud Migration, Skilling Environment evolution, Test system Capacity Governance, etc..)
• Participate the review of to the test system major issues
• Analyze the impact of different projects impacting test systems test systems architecture, processes or security
• Contribute to high level technical documentation of test system change
• Review and contribute to key communication

Requirements:

• Business Analyst with work experience of 4 to 7 Years with good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills are needed in order to work successfully with various teams in high stress and/ or ambiguous situations.
• Exposure to full software lifecycle.
• Experience in
• Establishing a deadline and monitor the progress of the project
• Identifying and resolve issues that arise, effective to unblock dependencies
• Ensuring Satisfaction with Stakeholders
• Planning and developing the project
• Very good communication skill
