As a DevOps Engineer with a focus on Azure, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure-based infrastructure and platforms. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing and managing CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure processes using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles, and optimizing system performance and reliability through continuous monitoring. You will implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Job Description:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain Azure-based infrastructure and platforms.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery, utilizing Azure DevOps tools.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes using infrastructure-as-code (IaC) principles and tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Terraform.
• Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability using Azure monitoring and alerting tools.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application-related issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with developers to streamline the development and release processes.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of different systems and components.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure services and features, and evaluate their applicability to improve existing infrastructure and processes.
• Document infrastructure architecture, processes, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• Strong experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on Azure.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure services such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Container Instances, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage.
• Proficiency in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Terraform.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python) for infrastructure management and deployment.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and experience with Azure networking services.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Experience with security practices and compliance standards in Azure.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in a distributed system environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
